Hawkflawed: You Shouldn’t Do That

The tumbling motion and parabolic path through the solar system of interstellar object 1I/2017 U1, better known as “Oumuamua”, inspired this album of slowly unfolding music.

The first release by Curated Doom supergroup, Hawkflawed. Obsessed by space rockers Hawkwind, the band have created an album of music that draws inspiration from Dave Brock’s seminal band, but pushes it in new creative directions.

Additional influences include Metal, Punk, New Wave bands like Talking Heads and Krautrock kings Can, creating a dizzying and hypnotic EP of chaotic rock.
